Shantella L. Ross is a dedicated leader, U.S. Army veteran, and the proud Owner & Administrator of PM3 Homecare Solutions LLC. Her life has been defined by service, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others live with dignity and independence.

Shantella began her journey of service at just 17 years old when she enlisted in the United States Army, serving honorably for 13 years before being medically retired. She later transitioned into corporate America, where she developed strong business and leadership skills before pursuing her passion for entrepreneurship.

That vision became PM3 Homecare Solutions LLC, a minority-owned agency committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality non-medical care across Georgia.

Beyond her professional achievements, Shantella is most proud of her role as a mother of two daughters, which continues to inspire her passion for building a legacy rooted in strength, care, and purpose.

She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management and her mission is simple:
